Street Legal:
The Wildfire Vehicles, specifically the 2009 WF650-T and WF650-C, as of this writing and as far as we have been informed, have been accepted as a vehicle that can be operated on  US roads.  However, it is strongly suggested that anyone wishing to acquire or purchase either of these vehicles should check with your particular State's appropriate agency, before you make the purchase.  If you plan to operate a vehicle in a State, other than the State in which it was registered, it is your responsibility to know the laws governing the vehicle codes of that State.

In addition, please understand and remember that each State may have different requirements and may make changes to the policies, conditions, or sales of the Wildfire Products.  So, it is highly recommended that you interact with a reliable source and one that can accurately provide definitive information, and can be held accountable, before assuming anything as fact.

Weather Conditions:
Even though it is our opinion that these vehicles are fun to drive and typically handle well on dry roads, and even on light rainy days, it is always best to exercise safety first!  And, please drive courteously and consider driving any newly acquired vehicle under controlled environments before you "hit the open road".
